It was a dark day for One Tap Tools. A day of mourning. The day that YouTube killed the Android Player API. That's the secret sauce we (and many others) used to download YouTube videos. We thought we were done for.
But wait, what's that? We realized something. It turns out we fudged some of the YouTube API code, that's why it stopped working. Phew, crisis averted. The world is safe for video downloaders once again.
That's right, we thought we were battling Google, when we were really just battling ourselves. Oof.
It just so happens that this issue with the YouTube downloader functionality happened the same day that Google deprecated their Android Player API.
Despite the setback, we're happy to report that YouTube videos are back on the menu, boys.
